About Me

Hi, I’m Jacob! A student at Syracuse University studying Innovation, Society, and Technology. I’m passionate about building a brighter future through the creation of new technologies and inspiring others to join me on that journey.

The world is rapidly evolving, and I believe we all have a role to play in shaping what comes next. My goal is to not only keep up with these changes but to help lead the way. By innovating, connecting ideas with impact, and encouraging others to rise to the challenges ahead. I'm here to create, to inspire, and to build with purpose.

I don’t just use tools, I use a mindset. My process blends creativity, curiosity, and tech to turn ideas into real impact. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about building, learning, and growing fast.

My Creative Process

I’m a builder at heart. When I have an idea, I don’t sit on it. I prototype it, design it, and bring it into the world. Whether it’s hardware, software, or full UI systems, I care deeply about how things feel to use. Every click, swipe, or animation matters, because those are the moments where people connect with what you’ve made.

I treat learning like a core part of my process. I don’t wait to be taught. I teach myself. When I get curious about something, I dive in. That’s how I’ve picked up tools like Unity, Framer, Swift, and Python. I believe staying adaptable is a superpower, and I use it to constantly level up my skills and tackle new kinds of problems with confidence.

I’m drawn to the frontier. To ideas that push boundaries and reimagine the way we live, work, and connect. My projects are guided by a desire to shape the future, not just keep up with it. I design with intention. Whether I’m building wearable tech or a visual operating system, I try to make bold ideas feel possible and real.

I see technology as a web of interactions between people, devices, software, and context. I think in systems, not just screens. This means I care just as much about how a feature fits into a product’s overall logic as I do about how it looks. I map complexity into clarity and make sure every piece supports the bigger picture.

I believe the best products don’t just work, they speak. Whether it’s through motion, narrative, or thoughtful design choices, I try to build experiences that have a voice. I think every interface is an opportunity to tell a story, whether that story is about simplicity, speed, power, or play. If people remember how it felt, I’ve done my job.

I build fast, break things early, and learn by doing. I don’t aim for perfection on the first try. I aim to test ideas in motion. I believe iteration is where the magic happens. That’s how I approach everything I build: with a willingness to try, revise, and refine until it feels right.

I design for people first always. No matter how futuristic the tech is, I want it to feel simple, natural, and intuitive. I obsess over details like gesture flow, feedback timing, and spatial clarity. Because in the end, technology should serve us and not the other way around.

I pull ideas from everywhere. Tech, design, philosophy, nature, art, systems theory, and bring them together to solve problems in new ways. I believe innovation often comes from the edges, not the center. I don’t just think like a designer or engineer. I think like a connector, someone who sees patterns and uses them to invent something new.

I move with urgency. Not recklessness, but momentum. I don’t wait for perfect conditions or permission to start. I build prototypes while others are still making slides. I believe speed fuels progress, and fast iteration leads to sharper ideas. My goal isn’t just to build things. It’s to get them moving.
